Eddy and Hao met when they were just 18 years old in the insurance industry. They both shared an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for investments. During their interim in the insurance industry they constantly exceeded expectations and broke company records. Eventually they branched off into different directions but never lost touch. Constantly brainstorming new ideas, attending sales conferences together, and sharing business insights. Their connection was more than just a business relationship, it is a bond that has spanned more than a decade. Now the best team has come together again, to bring investors the best deals in Los Angeles. Their relentless pursuit to be the best, and their non-negotiable attitude towards always doing the right thing makes them the best asset for any investor looking for deals in Los Angeles.

Meet Eddy

Eddy Caballero is the founder of Eddy Sells Fixer Uppers. He brings 10+ years of experience to every client interaction. He originally joined the Real Estate industry in 2012 to continue his passion for business and investments. He is a straight-shooter that thinks outside the box, and is always solution oriented. As a fluent Spanish speaker he also brings a level of professionalism and sophistication that is unparalleled in the Hispanic marketplace. He is always committed to the clients best interest and only makes recommendations where everyone walks away happy.

When Eddy isnt helping clients, he enjoys going on outdoor adventures, watching sports documentaries, and playing drums. He also enjoys participating in competitive races, watching movies, and listening to rock and roll.

Meet Hao

Hao Nguyen is the Chief Dealmaker. Legend goes that he has been brokering deals since he was a baby – and it shows. His competitive drive as an athlete in High School took him into the business world. He has an unmatched hunger for knowledge, and a curiosity to learn how everything works. Paired with his application skills and initiative, he constantly as an edge over the competition.

When Hao isn’t helping investors make more money, he enjoys having lunch with his kids at school. He is a big UFC fan, enjoys riding motorcycles, and likes quoting David Goggins.
